How a job starts
We find the moisture before we touch the mold
Every job begins with where the water comes from: a pipe, a shower, a downspout, a damp basement wall. Cleaning mold without fixing that only buys time.
Once the cause is clear, we contain the area, remove what can't be cleaned, clean what can and leave it dry. You get photos and notes on what we found.
And when a few spots on the bathroom ceiling are something you can handle yourself, we'll say so.
